Emergency property and site protection provides urgent SIA licensed security guard attendance for premises, sites, access concerns, and short-term protective presence.
The location, access instructions, immediate concern, expected attendance time, and known risks are confirmed before attendance. Any relevant details about the premises, site contact, landlord, manager, or emergency service involvement are reviewed.
The security guard reviews the visible situation on arrival, including access points, site condition, nearby risks, and any immediate safety concerns. The provider works within the agreed scope and their legal authority.
A visible security presence is provided to help deter unauthorised access, reduce disruption, and support short-term property or site protection. This may include guarding a home, commercial premises, vacant unit, yard, work site, or other agreed location.
Access concerns are monitored within the agreed booking scope. The provider may observe entry points, follow site instructions, record relevant activity, and escalate concerns where required.
Relevant observations are noted during attendance, including visible damage, access issues, disturbance, attempted entry, or other security concerns. If there is immediate danger, violence, or a crime in progress, emergency services should be contacted using 999 or 112 in the UK.
The attendance outcome is reviewed with the customer or authorised contact. Key observations, limitations, follow-up actions, and any recommended next steps are handed over clearly.
